Our spinning unit is one of the strongest in the country, equipped with brand-new, state-of-the-art machinery to ensure the smooth flow of the entire production process. Our well-organized spinning units perform rigorous quality checks and offer a wide variety of distinctive products, all meeting the highest industry standards.

Pusan Weaving & Textile Ltd. operates 120 shuttle-less SULZER wider-width looms, producing up to 15,000 meters of fabric daily. This is one of the company’s major strengths and one of the largest weaving operations in the country. By October 2025, we expect to add 20 Air Jet looms, which will increase our daily output by another 8,000 meters, bringing our total capacity to 23,000 meters per day. Our weaving unit is capable of producing a wide range of fabrics, from lower to higher-count plain and sateen weaves, using single and double pick insertion, twill, half panama, voile, and various dobby patterns.

At Pusan Weaving & Textile Ltd., our dyeing unit is fully integrated, handling everything from back-end processing to finishing. Our wide range of advanced machinery enables us to produce the finest solid-colored fabrics, ranging from light to medium and dark shades. The unit is also equipped for the continuous production of high-value fabrics such as sateens, dobby, jacquards, waffles, voiles, half panamas, twills, and ducks, in both 100% cotton and poly-cotton blends made from long-staple fibers.
